Delete Your WireLedger Account

Request account deletion

If you can sign in, open More → Account and choose Request Deletion. You can cancel the request from the same screen while it remains pending.

If you cannot sign in, email support@wireledger.app from the email address used for your WireLedger account. Use subject “WireLedger account deletion request”.

What happens next

WireLedger verifies the request and checks whether the user is responsible for a company workspace. If the requester is the last Owner, company ownership or the company workspace must be resolved before the account can be deleted without harming other users.

When deletion is completed, the sign-in account and personal profile are removed or de-identified. Company business records may remain available to other authorized company members. Limited transaction, security, backup, or audit information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes. A request is not complete until WireLedger confirms completion.
