Using WireLedger
These terms govern use of the WireLedger application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, users agree to these terms and confirm they have authority to use WireLedger for their business or organization.
Accounts and company workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information and protect sign-in credentials. Company Owners and Administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, workspace access, and records entered by their team. Accounts must not be shared.
User content
Users remain responsible for company records, receipt images, and other submitted content and confirm they have permission to provide it. Users authorize WireLedger and its service providers to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
Inventory and cost records
WireLedger assists with operational tracking and is not accounting, tax, legal, engineering, or safety advice. Receipt extraction, barcode lookup, and AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review inventory, receipt, tax, project-cost, and export data before relying on it for financial, contractual, tax, or safety decisions.
Acceptable use
Users may not bypass access controls, access another company's workspace, disrupt or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits, upload unlawful or malicious content, misuse scanning or AI features, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Third-party services
WireLedger depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, barcode-data, hosting, analytics, and image-processing providers. Their availability and processing may be governed by their own terms. WireLedger does not grant rights to third-party product images or metadata beyond rights actually provided by their source.
Plans and payments
If paid plans are offered, the price, billing interval, renewal, and cancellation terms shown when the user subscribes will control that purchase. Store purchases may also be governed by Apple or Google billing terms. WireLedger will not charge a subscription unless the user affirmatively selects a paid offer.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or require maintenance. Pre-release or beta features may be incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular business result.
Suspension and account deletion
Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect users, companies, or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material violation. Users can request account deletion from the Account screen or public deletion page. Company ownership and records belonging to other authorized users must be resolved before deletion is completed.
Intellectual property and feedback
WireLedger and its software, branding, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it. Voluntary feedback may be used without identifying the user or disclosing private company data.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for reviewing records and for losses caused by unauthorized account use, inaccurate information they did not verify, or use contrary to these terms. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changes to terms
Material changes will be posted with an updated revision date. Where legally required, notice or consent will be provided before a change applies.
