Prices are in USD per company workspace, not per user. Included user counts include the Owner, and allowances are shared across the workspace rather than multiplied by the number of users.

What the limits mean
- Material
- One active catalog entry — not each physical unit in inventory. A catalog entry with hundreds of units still counts once.
- Active project
- A project currently being worked on. Completed or archived projects do not consume active-project capacity.
- Location
- An active stock-holding place such as a van, warehouse or jobsite. Selecting a project for cost attribution does not create another inventory location.
- User
- An active team member with their own login, including the Owner.
- Usage
- Included allowances are shared across one company workspace, not multiplied by the number of users.
How AI scan allowances are counted
- One processed receipt page uses one receipt-page allowance.
- A multi-page receipt uses one allowance per processed page.
- One product-label image analysis uses one label-image allowance.
- Manual entry does not consume an AI allowance.
- Looking up an already-known barcode does not consume an AI image allowance.
This metering is part of the planned launch design, not something already deployed. The plan is that usage limits and any upgrade choice are shown before a paid action, with no automatic overage charges and no double-charging for a repeated or retried request.
These capacity figures are proposed commercial plan definitions. Enforcement is part of the application billing work that is still to be built.
